Hi,


Submitting new package atem to make those people happy who need to use metastock finanial binary data which is still widely used by a lot financial data providers.

Taken from the official description:
"atem converts metastock binary data to ASCII text. It was written due to the
lack of a fast and reliable tool.
The most useful tool so far was ms2asc by Mohammed Illyas Mansoor but there are
several bugs and issues which can't be fixed because Mohammed seems to be
unreachable and unfortunately he'd never released the source code."

I've just read I could speed up things by "proxy maintaining" it by myself,
