0.7.3_p104-r5, the current stable, depends on net-misc/nx-3.4.0-r3, which doesn't work with libpng15. 0.7.3_p104-r6 depends on net-misc/nx-3.5.0, which got libpng15 compatibility per Bug 378285, and became stable per Bug 385197.

Thanks for the report! Indeed r6 is needed to use (now stable) nx 3.5.0

one little slip up
