It would be nice if per-port/ebuild USE flags not used elsewhere are explained somewhere... e.g. 

net-mail/qmail-1.03-r15 [1.03-r13] -noauthcram -notlsbeforeauth +ssl

is almost self-explanatory, but still I'd like to know what the new -noauthcram -notlsbeforeauth actually do... thanks
