When I run 'emerge --sync and using either rsync://rsync.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage/' or 'rsync://rsync.europe.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage/' in my make.conf file is I get some of it but after some time is the rsync directing to other rsync mirrors and they give too errors and after som try out is emerge --sync stopping with error on the rsync servers.

This bug report tells me nothing useful.

Are you receiving an error message? If so, please provide it in its entirety.

Is your internet connection stable? Are you able to test from another machine, preferable on a different internet connection?

You need to post the emerge.log or -sync.log so we know what actual hosts failed, and maybe post then some information to figure out what went wrong.
