this version of ibus-chewing requires cmake-fedora to build.

cmake-fedora-modules-only-latest.tar.gz is no good: when upstream releases the next version, the checksum will change and the Manifest will break.

maybe adding dev-util/cmake-fedora would be better.
I'll add it and then bump this package.
