revdep-rebuild gives explanations like :

 * Checking dynamic linking consistency
[ 91% ]  *   broken /usr/lib/vlc/plugins/access/libdvb_plugin.so (requires libdvbpsi.so.5)

and IMO might lead to confusion to emerge a slotted version of a library.
