Whether downloading files from Mozilla or konqueror, privoxy changes all incidences of "open" to "PrivoxyOpenWindow".

I know someone using privoxy-3.0.1 on Mandrake who doesn't see this problem.

and it scramble some symbols in UTF-8 pages
-filter to such location helps in that case.

Now that privoxy-3.0.3 is in portage, is this bug still valid?  Please re-open if it is.
