As per email conversation on 2011-08-18 , please remove the 'nox11' flag from pam.d/system-login for the rule "session optional pam_ck_connector.so". Having it there by default breaks consolekit integration for session managers like x11-misc/slim that do not have hard-coded/built-in consolekit support. I thought we already dropped nox11 from pambase, if not I'll check it out soonish.
