The error is:
configure: error: You need librsvg >= 2.12.3 or ksvgtopng installed to create large scale bitmaps

But i have gnome-base/librsvg-2.34.1 installed

Just ask, if you need more Information about my systen!

i just found out that is works, when i unkeyword gnome-base/librsvg-2.34.1-r1 and install it!

Please provide emerge --info and a build log.
