I want to emerge kemerge but I get the following message:

bash-2.05b# emerge kemerge
Calculating dependencies
!!! all ebuilds that could satisfy "kemerge" have been masked.

!!! Error calculating dependencies. Please correct.

my make.conf file have the following entry:
ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86"

I don't understand why.
This happend also to other masked packages for example eclipse-sdk

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
kemerge will be installed

It's hardmasked in package.mask
