try running python-upgrader when new python version is installed and selected, if you have -python in make.conf use flags then eg file fails to be successfull upgraded

Reproducible: Always

its common to more then one ebuild that have use python in use flags, so i make a generic bug for all

Why would python-updater need to rebuild a package when python support is disabled?

I have no idea what problem you are trying to report. Please describe it more fully.

More specifically, are you saying that packages (like sys-apps/file) exhibit build failures, or that python-updater should be pulling in packages that it currently does not?
