the only version that compiles against png15 in portage.  the package is in a very poor shape, but best we got.

to clarify. this version uses system libs except for libpng. the bundled libpng14 is used instead. current stable bundles everything, so this is improvement in that sense.

Reverted back to ~arch only status, and removed uncompatible copies from tree.
