The output of "equery uses" uses the opposite colors for set/unset USE flags as emerge does.

set/unset:

emerge: red/blue
equery: blue/red

Reproducible: Always

this is a duplicate of bug 304125.  The fix is also targeted for the -0.3.1 release.
