As an addition.my dock bar has 4 screens in it,whereas on my x86 this is not the case. On that machine if I minimise a tab appears,and I'm able to reinstate by clicking on same. I suppose I could can my .kde4 dir,but from previous experiences,I tend to lose a lot of my email records,in doing this. Geoff |
Created attachment 288531 [details] xsession-log using xterm for a session as root ,when minimised,it disappears and not able to recall session for further work. Perusing my .xsession-errors there does not appear to be any mention of xterm
