I suppose this is NEEDINFO until you can provide a reason why it would be required.

Hmm, i've found some packages has keep dir under/usr/lib/<$PN>/ (consolekit, mesa,glibc,samba) and i assumed keepdir should be used. Honestly i can't find policy if keepdir should be used wherever.
