libjpeg-turbo can't be emerged because upstream they changed version to libjpeg8_8c-2.debian.tar.gz.
I've checked various mirror and version 8_8c-1 can't be found anywhere.

1. Emerge libjpeg-turbo-1.1.1
Actual Results:  
Couldn't download 'libjpeg8_8c-1.debian.tar.gz'. Aborting.
