After thinking about this, I think this makes no sense |
Currently dev-libs/botan installs a different package-config file for every minor release dev-libs/botan-1.8.11 -> botan-1.8.pc dev-libs/botan-1.10.1 -> botan-1.10.pc Could you please make it install a generic pc file ( like botan.pc ) like libpng packages do? Something like: dosym botan-${PV}.pc /usr/$(get_libdir)/pkgconfig/botan.pc
