portage-2.1.10.11 failed to upgrade without installing dev-util/colorgcc first.

portage seems to be looking for /usr/lib/colorgcc/bin, and fails to install if it does not exist.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -uD portage

Actual Results:  
install failed due to missing /usr/lib/colorgcc/bin

Expected Results:  
either for this check to pass, regardless, or for portage to pull in dev-util/colorgcc as a dep first.

i soloved this by simply emerging colorgcc first, then installing portage.

This is in no way reproducible. Maybe check your PATH/aliases/environment.

Maybe it's something in /etc/portage/bashrc?

There is no reference to colorgcc in the portage sources.
