It appears that Debian has pruned some of their older packages...

Suggested fixes:
 - use a specific GIT commit snapshot as a source...
 - Stabilize newer versions (remove old version)

I know this is a trivial issue, as the Gentoo distfiles mirrors have the files, but for the sake of completeness, we should clean this up...
