apache-2.2.20 has been released the day before yesterday:
2.2.20 (released 2011-08-30):

It includes a fix for byte-range memory handling fixing CVE-2011-3192:

Can we expect a version bumped ebuild for apache in the near future?

Thank you for report. We don't need more then one version bump request for the same software. Next time, just bump the previous bug and that it! :)
