ebuild

wstools is "WSDL parsing services package for Web Services for Python".

This package is required by SOAPpy-0.12.5 (dev-python/soappy-0.12.5),
but current soappy ebuild does not care (see bug#379461).

The attached ebuild is a quick hack;
I don't know whether it works for python 3.x or not, etc.
