Description Maurice Volaski 2011-08-17 14:25:31 UTC
When I try to upgrade phpmyadmin installation, webapp-config complains

Fatal error: Unable to determine location of master copy

The command used is webapp-config --bug-report -U thespiderweb -d phpmyadmin phpmyadmin 3.4.3.2

webapp-config --list-unused-installs * *
is similarly confused:
* Fatal error: No packages found!

The --bug-report option produces no additional output

/usr/share/webapps does indeed have packages
/usr/share/webapps $ ls
phpmyadmin webalizer

Comment 1 Michael Palimaka (kensington) gentoo-dev 2011-12-27 15:30:42 UTC
What is 'thespiderweb'? Correct syntax to upgrade an installation is: webapp-config -U -d /location fooapplication 1.2.3

With regards to --list-unused-installs, the documentation appears to be outdated. Correct syntax appears to be: webapp-config --list-unused-installs [ app-name [app-version] ]

lui-docs.patch

Update the docs for --lui to better reflect what currently happens.
