Created attachment 283563 [details] build log sys-apps/smartmontools doesn't build without sys-libs/libcap-ng installed at a build time. I think that "caps? ( sys-libs/libcap-ng )" should not be only in RDEPEND, but in DEPEND also. The error is on configure phase: configure: error: libcap-ng support was requested but the library was not found Full log attached(libcap-ng absence is emulated)
