I have tested 1.1.25 via simple ebuild name version bump (ie "taskcoach-1.2.24.ebuild" -> "taskcoach-1.2.25.ebuild" and digest update) in my local overlay and it builds and works perfectly(all tasks imported, notifications working fine). The steps to update it are, as such, trivial. I also ask to unmask *this* version and set it as stable, since current stable version 1.1.4-r1 fails to issue notifications properly (kde4.6.5, they just dont show up), thing rather critical for PIM. Thanks 1.2.26 is out, the ebuild upgraded via simple name change (1.2.24->1.2.26, ebuild digest) has built successfully and program runs flawless. Please update version to 1.2.26! 1.2.27 out, confirm its working. Bumped, thanks (the new versions keep coming so fast!). We'll have to wait a bit in the ~arch before stabilization though (unless 1.2.24 is fine enough). Caster, thanks for update!! The 1.2.27 is stable enough. The problem is - there is no real stable version, as compared to gcc for example. The most stable is usually the lastest. I STRONGLY suggest you please allow 1.2.27 as stable and instead mask currently stable, outdated 1.1.4-r1 as ~. Because 1.2.24-27 worked for all my task flawlessly, yet 1.1.4-r1 can not even use notification properly. It makes the whole program as useful as text file.. Of course its your decision, but 1.1.4-r1 is not stable at all. Please stabilize as current stable is broken per comment 1. I will be also adding a new version so this one will not get further testing anyway. amd64: pass amd64 done. Thanks Elijah x86 stable, closing. Thanks |
