sys-fs/sysfsutils is broken and dead upstream.  Dependency on it needs to be
removed so we can remove it from the tree.

Sysfs support for this library is optional. If enabled, libsysfs is used only in one place: systems/fbdev/fbdev.c, in a single (static) function: dfb_fbdev_get_pci_info, which only called from one place as well. If sysfs support is enabled, its gets the data that way (using libsysfs), and if not, it falls back to parsing /proc/bus/pci/devices
