![]() Depending on how you look at it, the problem lies either in rpmoffset or in the archive itself. It's lzma packed - rpmoffset processes only xz. The kicker's in the comment to commit to rpm2cpio.sh: "old lzma formats without magic aren't supported". So, unless main binary went out of sync with the script, openSUSE is doing something wrong. The script does give the correct offset - 13340 - even if (as per comment) it doesn't recognize the format.
