This ebuild gets and build the libaries for servlets version 2.4 and its relevent jsp spec from apache

Ebuild Fixing a typo

Whoops I left a command that calls midnight commander in the ebuild , this was
only for debugging and checking the direcotries that the ebuild does

Version bumped in portage, marked unstable. I'm considering seperating this package from the tomcat source and throwing it on mirror://gentoo, you can file a bug report if you want that to happen faster ;)
