  until autoconf becomes stable.

SO I guess this is a known problem.
I did try searching for this bug before posting this bug report.


 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge sync
2.emerge kdelibs
3. OR just step 2.

Actual Results:  
kdelibs would not compile.

this was fixed with
merge /usr/portage/sys-devel/autoconf/autoconf-2.58.ebuild
