ebuilds 2.0.5 (stable for amd64) and 2.1.7 do not allow to build friradius enabled dhcp (option --with-dhcp for configure script).
The best would be to add an additional flag to toggle dhcp

Okay I'm going to look into these and most likely fix them with 2.2.0.

Resolved in 2.2.0, support enabled by default now.
