Please revert it. The patch for bug #371643 has never been applied to the tree, so it fails to compile on linux-3.0.

No.  linux-3.0 is not on stable.  Go unstable on postfix as well if you want linux-3.0 support.

2.8.4 works.

We should continue with stabilizing postfix-2.8.4. It has been in the tree long enough now.  Thanks.
