Same issue as in URL, will add my own build.log anyway.

~amd64 system, soprano USE = "dbus raptor redland virtuoso"

dev-libs/rasqal-0.9.26
dev-libs/redland-1.0.13
media-libs/raptor-1.4.21-r1
media-libs/raptor-2.0.3

It seems this is mandatory for KDE-4.7, soprano-9999 is no solution (builds, but breaks 4.7).

This might be related to bug #341237, but not to disturb things...

Ok, I should not have unmasked rasqal and then redland before to keep soprano-9999 building.

Working solution with non-masked packages:

dev-libs/rasqal-0.9.19
dev-libs/redland-1.0.10-r2

So, fixed for me and KDE-4.7 happily building so far.
