RabbitMQ 2.5.1 was released a few weeks ago:

Among various other improvements, it fixes bug 370639.  It also fixes a fairly nasty bug in 2.5.0 that would break upgrades, so we might as well skip that.

I can not understand what the problem is? Is it so difficult to add ebuild for new version of killing two birds with one stone?

the problem is, that you don't understand that people working voluntarily also have a life, a job and family in most cases.
