Just a little quote from the FAQ of clamav:

"ClamAV 0.65 uses a new database format. I'm still using an old version, how
long will the old viruses.db* files be updated?

The database with the old format will be kept up to date for a while, at least
till the end of 2003. However we strongly suggest you upgrade to the latest
version immediately. You'll gain in stability."

ebuild for 0.65 follows. Version 0.65 of clamav introduces a new 
dependency: "dev-libs/gmp": "The ClamAV package requires the GMP library to 
verify the digital signature of the virus database." Added to DEPEND.
