Similar to bug #61116. We should add a USE flag to maildrop to control installing maildirmake , deliverquota, maildir and friends unless you have a better solution. And add appropriate blockers. Qmail should probably do the same. Btw, why is there a separate qmail herd (apart from net-mail)? Legacy? Is the reason still valid? This is not a good solution but it is better than status quo.
