Will attach an ebuild for css-mode in GNU Emacs.  css-mode has not been updated since 1998, but functions sufficiently for my meager purposes.  I'll also attach the site-lisp file to autoload css-mode.

This ebuild is based on the xslide mode.  There is no Makefile for this extension (just the elisp file), so I've overidden the src_unpack() function to copy this file to the WORKDIR and src_compile() is left undefined.
