downloading the 64bit rpm 

(http://dl.google.com/linux/direct/google-talkplugin_current_x86_64.rpm)

and unpacking it i find:

./opt/google/talkplugin/lib/libCg.so:                          ELF 64-bit LSB shared object, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, stripped
./opt/google/talkplugin/lib/libCgGL.so:                        ELF 64-bit LSB shared object, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, stripped
./opt/google/talkplugin/libnpgtpo3dautoplugin.so:              ELF 64-bit LSB shared object, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, stripped
./opt/google/talkplugin/libnpgoogletalk64.so:                  ELF 64-bit LSB shared object, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, stripped

so they are all 64bit native libs

please drop emul packages deps

sorry, invalid as the binary /opt/google/talkplugin/GoogleTalkPlugin is still 32bit :(
