x11-wm/openbox-3.5.0_pre20110313 should depend on sys-devel/gettext even if nls USE flag is unset.

Thanks, but gettext is build-time dependency, it should be in DEPEND= rather than RDEPEND= as now.

I can confirm it's not needed in runtime.
