New rails and so on packages are stable in tree but redmine uses always ~arches version; from ebuild:

ruby_add_rdepend ~dev-ruby/rails-2.3.11:2.3

It needs forced 2.3.11?

Redmine 1.2.0 strictly depends on Ruby on Rails 2.3.11

Redmine does not work at all with this version, at least no logins. Please consider at least stabilizing 2.3.11 with the patch mentioned there or some other resolution, but the package currently is broken.
