moinmoin-1.9.3 was released over a year ago (2010-06-27).  The current stable version in portage, 1.8.8 (released 2010-06-06) suffers from python infra problems (bug #367777) and is incompatible (or so upstream claims) with python > 2.6.  1.9.3 is compatible with python 2.4->2.7.  This ebuild could also potentially close bug #339295.

1.9.x introduced some significant changes (for one, static content is served out of the cgi internally and doesn't need to be copied into the webroot) and while the setup isn't quite as nice as one would like (upgrades are also a mess), these problems are no worse than what's currently in portage.  I also cleaned up some of the documentation (bad links and instructions).

Seems to work fine when installed from overlay, will it be getting to portage soon?

Updated ebuild for moinmoin-1.9.4 (released 2012-02-21).
- Bump minimum python version to 2.5
- Remove now unnecessary patch for python 2.7 support

1.9.4 added to CVS.

Please test to make sure it works since I don't run it.
