Am I right that this is with USE="custom-cflags"? (at least that's what the error output suggests) It won't make a difference. The Makefiles are missing libs during linking. But I can test it again, without custom falgs. No it definitely makes a difference, the ebuild warns you explicitly that we are taking no bugs with custom CFLAGS (for very good reasons). Closing. Reopen when you can reproduce it with generic CFLAGS. Rereading the above comment it sound way to unfriendly, sorry about that. Still if you think this should be fixed upstream bugzilla would be a way better place to put it https://bugs.freedesktop.org strange I am trying to reproduce it, but without success. I will report my findings. If the build system doesn't respect as-needed, it has a huge performance penalty. |
