Bug 374161 – www-client/seamonkey-2.1 build fails with system-sqlite useflags

Seamonkey fails to build with the system-sqlite enabled, and with dev-db/sqlite compiled without "unlock-notify".


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compile sqlite without the unlock-notify flag
2. compile seamonkey with the system-sqlite flag
3.
Actual Results:  
The build fails during the "configure" step, with the error : 

checking for SQLITE_ENABLE_UNLOCK_NOTIFY support in system SQLite... no
configure: error: System SQLite library is not compiled with SQLITE_ENABLE_UNLOCK_NOTIFY.
configure: error: ./configure failed for mozilla


Expected Results:  
The ebuild shoud check if dev-db/sqlite is compiled with the correct flags when the "system-sqlite" flag is enabled.
