The -N/--newuse option can interfere with --rebuilt-binaries, since it cause binary packages to be rejected if they don't exactly match your current USE settings. Therefore, you may get a different result if you do not enable -N. Also, note that --rebuilt-binaries is only enabled automatically if you have either -K/--usepkgonly or -G/--getbinpkgonly enabled. Therefore, -g does not enable it. Perhaps you meant to use -G instead. |
