Florian, two points: 1) If we were to include these, they should go into gentoo-sources which hardened-sources totally includes (except for one minor patch). 2) It would be better if you gave us commits from upstream's git repo. I would feel uncomfortable applying patches that have not been reviewed by that community and made it to their repo. You can search: http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux-2.6.git;a=summary for the commit sha's. Anyhow, I'll defer the final decision to Mike. The most recent patches I could find are in this repo from 09/2010: http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/agruen/linux-2.6-richacl.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/richacl-fullset parts of it should be included into the main tree pretty soon: https://lkml.org/lkml/2011/3/1/39 It is way too early for use to include these. They are only now being reviewed upstream. I'm closing this one for now. |
