There is new version of FocusWriter.

Libao is dropped in favor of SDL Mixer.

I'm including simple ebuild. It's said SDL Mixer is optional, but I didn't test FocusWriter without it. Also I don't know how to tie USE flags with dependencies, so I just replaced libao with sdl-mixer dependency.

If someone is interested I think it could be possible to enhance ebuild with selecting locale. But I'm leaving it for someone who knows how to write proper ebuilds.
