Using LINGUAS="fr" (Should be the same with others LINGUAS) makes Opera unusable under KDE 4.6.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Opera web browser
2.Download something with it
Actual Results:  
A dialog box appear and cry about not compatible decorations then you can't do anything else with the web browser AND you can't close dialog box/opera

Expected Results:  
Running in a normal behaviour

Opera works perfectly without LINGUAS="fr"
