I'm trying to emerge gentoo-dev-sources-2.6.1-rc1.ebuild, but I am getting 404's for genpatches-2.6.1-0.11.tar.bz2 for gentoo.oregonstate.edu, distro.ibiblio.org and dev.gentoo.org. The directories with the patches exist on these servers, but not the tar-balls.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge /usr/portage/sys-kernel/gentoo-dev-sources/gentoo-dev-sources-2.6.1-rc1.ebuild

Actual Results:  
404's on all three mirrors it tried.

Expected Results:  
The genpatches should have been downloaded as a tar-ball.
