The URL must have pointed to an old release.  The (currently) correct URL is cart.cheapbytes.com/cgi-bin/cart/0070010933.html
but I'm not sure if it isn't better to query, for example for "gentoo CD" which is what I used to produce this result.

Indeed, thanks for reporting. I've updated the FAQ with the new URL. However, in the not so far future the link will be removed anyway as the August release of 1.4 is very old and Gentoo 2004 is only a few weeks away :)
