media-sound/gmpc-0.20.0 fails (compile phase):
emerge gmpc fails to build unless gob version above 2.0.15 is installed 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge gob 2.0.15
2. emerge gmpc
Actual Results:  
gmpc not installed, no binary package is produced

Expected Results:  
binary package / installed ebuild

Failed to compile the original source tarball with gob 2.0.15 too.

By your Description, I am inferring that the Summary was meant to refer to a compile time dependency DEPEND rather than a run time dependency (RDEPEND).
