Nothing changed with regards to TuxOnIce between 2.6.38 and 2.6.38-r1. Can you reproduce this on vanilla? I didn't suggest that it is caused by TOI, but by gentoo patches for 2.6.38. I can confirm that it happens on sys-kernel/tuxonice-sources-2.6.38-r2. Which version of vanilla should I test? Ok, it's not TOI specific. I'm reassigning this to kernel@ > Which version of vanilla should I test? Please test: - gentoo-sources-2.6.38-r7 and -r8 - vanilla-sources-2.6.38.6 and .7 You can always check K_GENPATCHES_VER variable inside ebuild to check which version of genpatches will be used. Also check http://dev.gentoo.org/~mpagano/genpatches/ - it has a lot of details about genpatches. Please reopen when you have performed the requested testing |
