Please add USE=ipv6 to sys-apps/ucspi-tcp. 

It was in ucspi-tcp-0.88-r15, then it was moved to UCSPI_TCP_PATCH_DIR in r16, then support for UCSPI_TCP_PATCH_DIR was dropped completely. 

So I can't use tcpserver with ipv6 in other way from using an overlay with my own ebuild and I don't like this way.
